Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where carriers allow.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders ship from US warehouses and arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak holiday periods.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
• Orders under $50: shipping is calculated at checkout.

Multiple packages

Items in one order may ship separately from different warehouses. Each package has its own tracking number.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email info@giddypaw.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
